Welcome to the aftercare corner,

This is where you can check in with yourself, express your emotions and reconnect with your body through guided exercises.

As acknowledged throughout the workshop, sexuality and intimacy are delicate subjects that can bring up many feelings particularly afterwards once the rush fizzles out. I want to normalise this shift in energy and to offer some options so you can land softly back into the present moment.


Option for when you are feeling depleted and need rest

This is a meditation that will help your body find comfort in the present moment, through guided breath and muscle relaxation. 




Option for when you are triggered and tender

This is an exercise which pairs muscles tension and visualisation to help you feel protected in your body.





Option for when you are bursting with energy

Through shaking, bouncing and dancing you are prompted to let all the energy move through your body and fill the whole room.





Option for when you need more holding

I can offer a free 20 minute Zoom call to debrief together following the event. During the call we will explore what came up for you and we can do a personalised grounding visualisation.
